Basically it’s a motorbike with hood. Imagine using it in country where parking are super expensive. This will help them. However i felt it should be bigger a little bit.

With a motorcycle you have no protection but you can get thrown "clear" of the wreck, which is better than nothing. With these things being fully enclosed but just a thin door between you, you aren't getting the added protection of a real car yet you will be caught in the tangled mess of the accident, the worst of both worlds. Probably one of the reasons this is in Greece is because they know these things will never be approved for the roads in the US and other countries.
