My Year 2023 x Kolder Creative // A Visual Reflection

To Dad:

It’s been 4 whole years without you, & it feels like it’s been an eternity. Yet, somehow it also flew by in the blink of an eye. A lot can happen in the span of 4 years. War, global pandemics, natural disasters, economy crashes. But a lot of good can happen too.

In the past 4 years, here are some notable things I wish you could have seen:

I graduated college, Got my first full-time job, Expanded my videography business, booking numerous weddings, real estate listings, and have landed some of my dream projects.

Hell, I had just made my FIRST ever video shortly before you passed. But, I’ve also done some other things you might not have necessarily approved of…

I got lots of tattoos, completed my skydiving license, ditched school on numerous occasions to travel, and the list goes on.

But as much as you would maybe disapprove of all that, I can confidently say you’d be proud of me for following my heart and my curiosity. You taught me many lessons in life. Many of which I didn’t truly understand till years after.

I miss you like crazy dude. I hope to continually grow & make you proud, take care of the family the same way you did for us, and carry on your legacy.
