I think the new Monster looks beautiful. Yes, the old one was nice too but way behind in performance. So far every review I've seen from people who actually have seen the new bike in person and have had a chance to ride it have said its great!

Ducati has made some mistakes in the past with their designs, one I can think of was the old 748 and the 999 with the single small head light. I had the 2006 749s model before and loved the look myself but alot of people didn't welcome the change. I don't think the 2021 Monster will sell well here in the states, needs help in the looks department.

If those pictures are accurate then I think they have taken a step back in the looks dept .
The trellis frame is what makes it special and turns heads in my opinion.
I've treated myself to a kTm superduke this summer, and they've done the same thing this year, the 2020 model has moved away from the trellis frame and I don't think it looks as good ( I've got the 19 model so I'm happy anyway 😄)
Love the v4 monster picture, that would be amazing if they built that 👌🏻

Despite the trellis frame not doing much there is no argument that it was an appealing eye catcher, shame to see it go but I suppose things do need to change from time to time.
