Why havd rents increased over the last couple years if supply is outpacing demand?

Thanks for giving your honest review! We are invested in a 4-bed townhouse in D2 (in the Water Town Cluster). It's a nice cluster with amazing amenities but D2 is quite far out of the city. Any idea what return we should be looking out before exiting the investment?

Then of course we're hoping to buy in the dip sometime between 2027-2028. Good luck to us all :)

It will be good to make same study for shaejah and abu dhabu and compare to total growth ofnpopulation of UAE. We will for sure see much more supply coming and interesting thing from the first chart of growth of lanuch you will see its a cycle of 4/5 years up then same down and in 2024 we are at 5th year of growth so the downside is coming. One thing is sure by 2026/2028 we will see a good crash probably
