Things That Drive Me Crazy as a Business Owner

As a business owner, there are many things that drive me crazy. Running a successful business requires a lot of hard work and dedication and it can be extremely stressful at times.

One of the most annoying things is when people don't take responsibility for their mistakes or fail to take ownership of their work. This comes in the form of laziness and entitlement, with people expecting to be rewarded for minimal effort.

I also can't stand when people procrastinate on tasks and make excuses for why they haven't finished something. This puts a lot of unnecessary pressure on me as the business owner, especially when I have deadlines to meet.

Another thing that drives me crazy is when people don't think about the long-term impact of their decisions. They just go with what feels easy in the moment without thinking about how it will affect the business down the road.

Just the challenges of managing people and dealing with their various issues can be overwhelming. The key is to find the right team and surround yourself with people who are passionate, motivated and willing to go the extra mile. Then you can focus on what matters most: growing your business.
