I think the little button snap on top is to tie the handle down . It's the same shape as the handle.

I'd stick with my $110 SOC 3 Day Elite. 20 X 14.5 X 8.5 with 2400 cubic inches. Main compartment with laptop, back stays, and covered hole for hydration tube. Secondary compartment with Velcro to attach included organization modules (3), and a sealed fleece lined pocket for glasses and optics. Three zipped front pouches with large clam shell design and various organization sleeves/pockets. MOLLE on the front/bottom. Velcro on exterior of large clam pouch for patches. Heavy duty carry handle, thick cushion breathable padding on shoulder straps and back. Sternum strap and removable waist strap.

$117.77 from Active Duty Gear through Amazon. The small loop on top is for anchoring the back zippers. Waist belt is useless for anything more than holding it to your torso.

For some reason, I just lost it at the ta-tas remark regarding the sternum strap. Had to pause the video until I got past my giggling fit.

I'm too old to laugh at stuff like that. :P Anyways, I love seeing it being displayed on differing body frames. It's a great idea if you're looking to buy for a spouse or something like that. Keep up the great reviews.

I really like vanquest gear and have to admit I am slowly replacing all my Maxpedition items with vanquest gear. Roughly the same price point but the quality is far above Maxpedition.

This was going to be my next pack, but at the last minute i went with a kifaru escape and evasion pack with the padded shoulder straps, i will be getting one of these soon tho. Because I have a really bad pack addiction and currently have about 20 really good packs. I highly recommend checking out first spear multi purpose pack backpack,

sweet bag, i am building three bags in the next couple years. first for my self, then for my mom and brother. This bag looks like a great option for them, Myself I am going to run a Maxpedition Falcon 3.
