This device is junk. I spent weeks with tech support trying to get it to work. Never did pair reliability with my truck. My wife bought it in November as a Christmas gift. By the time I gave up trying to get it to work it was beyond their refund/exchange/return period.

In short, the Magic Box app that allows videos basically uses hot spot data for your phone, and not mirroring your phone and using your phone’s data?

In other words, some phone plans separate hot spot data vs. phone data?

Nobody ever shows a good clip with audio, because the audio NEVER syncs with the video on any of these devices. I personally don’t know anyone who wants to stream stuff with mouths moving that don’t sync up with voices.

There is nothing more frustrating than trying to understand someone with a foreign accent give you directions of how to do something if you are an American. Just don’t do it.
