I remember going to a restaurant where they must have made burritos like that because the sour cream was only on one side of the burrito so you'd only get sour cream at the very bottom of the burrito. I'm not sure why it was always the bottom because you think that there's a 50-50 chance you'd be able to hold it with the sour cream at the top but I guess not.
