Great swarm trap suggestions! The question and answer segment is real helpful too.

We got hello Spring! Here’s a snowstorm! 😂 A good friend of mine gets wild swarms across her driveway a couple times a year. I’ll be hanging a swarm trap there this year just to see if I can entice them. Great tips.

Honeybee Democracy. I LOVE that book. I found it on audible. Have you read his book Piping Hot Bees? It's another great book of his mainly all about swarming. Thanks for another excellent video David and Sherri!😊

Caught my first swarm on March 19th. Last year I caught 11 out of 12 by a body of water, creek, pool or pond. Just a tip to help out.

Caught 3 swarms. One under a swing, one on a tree trunk knee high, one in an old brood box. Have 4 Nucs with swarm cells. It’s nuts in Atlanta.

Think I read that about 300 to 800 yards out from parent colony unless other factors are in the mix.

The Black Bag thing is to collect a Bivouac swarm, You like putting a sock over the swarm and then shake/close it around them

Hey David, you mind answering a question for me about a question you just answered? Thanks.
You mentioned that if a hive wants to reproduce that there is very little that can be done to stop it. But what if you add more space and removed 100% of all the swarm cells. Would they still swarm??? Thnk you

I have an aggressive hive all year long. They chase us to the back door and will hang out for hours. We are in Ky. I can’t find the queen (best hide and seek player ever). They are always thriving and great honey producers. What should I do? I dread working that hive.

1 hive no brood no eggs no larvae no queen but lots of bees. 1 hive has queen but no brood no larvae and small amount of bees. 1 hive doing great with queen eggs and larvae. What should I do to hives with no brood?

Does painting a white plastic nuc box black help attract swarms?
