The BEST CHEAP Disney World Hotel

Disney World is EXPENSIVE, and the luxury of staying in a hotel on Disney World property doesn’t come cheap. But how do you know which of the cheapest Disney World hotels actually provide you with value, and isn’t just an overpriced motel room with a free bus to the parks?

Art of Animation is not a value resort. The Little mermaid rooms are virtually identical to all star standard rooms and cost 50-100 more. The family suites cost more than a cabin at fort wilderness.

I wanted to stay at Art of Animation but after a long day in the park, it's much easier to get off at Pop Century 🤷🏾‍♀️ As long as The Little Mermaid attractions are running, I get my Ariel fix.

If u do stay at an all star resort, stay at all star sports. If you are there when they do have one bus for all 3 resorts sports is the first picked up and the first let off

I actually watched "Herbie Rides Again" in the early 1970's at the drive-in theater on Katella in Anaheim, CA, ten minutes from Disneyland.

Yes! Art of Animation was pure magic. We stayed in the family suite of the Lion King section but walked to the little mermaid pool bc of course. 😁 And the skyliner was incredible.

It is usually only during off peak hours that the All Star Resorts share one bus, the majority of the time they have their own buses and separate bus stops at the theme parks.

I really didn’t like the towels when I stayed at All Star Music … they were like sandpaper and see-through. What I really liked were Morgan’s highlights in this video! Hair was on point today!

Not sure how art of animation could be number one if everyone commented that the mermaid rooms (comparable to rooms in pop century and all stars) were too far and had horrible internet. The suites are not value priced at all though the aesthetic there is really nice. We love pop century and have stayed there many times. Though I priced a vacation staying there and I don’t see how $275 a night is a value.

Holiday Inn disney springs has a great team. I loved doing Disney with them. Theyre rated in the top 20 hotels in the entire Orlando area too on TripAdvisor

We loved Art for our very first trip to Disney....however, I do not feel it was worth the money. WE had a family suite and it is currently running at $550 a night! That seems over the top for just a meh room.

July 2021 we stayed in the 50's building 1 first floor. It was noisy a few times, but not bad. It was more of a walk to the Skyliner, but we found a short route by cutting through the buildings.

I’ve only had to share a bus with a resort ONCE! It doesn’t happen all the time

I like the little mermaid rooms it is nice and quiet at night, the theming in the rooms are nice.

Please stop telling people that the All Stars share buses all the time. The ONLY time that happens is during the day when crowds are lower. Before park opening and after park closing the buses aren't shared

Overall the all-star resorts are great - you just need to remember it is NOT the Grand Floridian. I love All-Star Movies, but have stayed at all three without any serious problems.

Glad to see Art of Animation was #1. It deserved it. So far I've stayed at 11 Disney hotels ( none = All star ) but I did find Art of Animation more fun than some of the pricier places. That walk from Little Mermaid to the Skyliner is a bit of a hike, but on the bright side it's all on hard concrete and comes with a line to get on the Skyliner.

Have stayed at all star music several times. The management is great, on top of any problems that might arise and it is a very clean resort. I set aside a little money for uber or taxi if I don't feel like taking a bus. I always get a preferred room. Love this resort. The price helps when you have to change Canadian dollars to US dollars.Have stayed at deluxe resorts also.But always come back to Music.

Family suites at AoA are NOT at a value price and the Mermaid rooms are similar to Pop or All-Stars.
