I think for rush a single player ragequit should count as a normal ragequit.
2 wins should be next promo pack in your win streak and also count as an extra win in your winstreak.
3 wins should be 2 promo packs of your choice and count for an extra win in your winstreak.
If you somehow get everyone to ragequit it's 3 promo packs of your choice and count as an extra win in your winstreak.
Probably sounds like a lot, but the chances of fulfilling those requirements will be very very small!

I think you should be allowed to use the transfer market to sell players if you want to. You can only use first owned players in your squad but you are allowed to get coins any way you can.

I think a draw should be a silver pack as you could get cool evo players. Also some type of wheel for promos would be cool

In Rush games he should get an extra pack if his team wins and he is highest rated in the team, because there are no rage quit packs.
