The Dance Must Go On!
💡💡💡💡
While the lights 💡stay lit on the dark stages, we continue working from our homes, eager to return to the studio and stage.
During the week of March 23, Bayer Ballet Academy moved all of our classes online (Zoom). Our entire schedule of classes for all levels, pre-ballet through pre-professional, as well as the adult program, is now a virtual program.
Bayer Ballet Academy faculty has come together to develop a program that is designed to bring dance 🩰 from our homes to yours. We want to express our gratitude to our administration, who have spent countless hours implementing the technology platform to facilitate virtual training, and faculty, who are adapting seamlessly.
Our priority of providing a safe space for dancers to grow and learn remains steadfast.

💻THE PROGRAM
The LIVE Virtual Training Program (Zoom) is designed to meet the specific needs of each of our students. Teachers will build upon the current curriculum to make sure that each student:
🔹continues to develop properly, in a systematic, healthful way;
🔸receives personalized, oral critiques, as we do in-studio;
🔹receives proper guidance to continue working independently between classes;
🔸develops a greater understanding of the Vaganova method and the art of classical ballet;
🔹will rise, stronger than before!
We are committed to our students' well-being, as artists and people. Together, but virtual, we look forward to dancing through this journey with you!

ABOUT BAYER BALLET
Founded in 2005, Bayer Ballet has quickly established itself as a reputable dance institution in San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Bayer Ballet Academy offers rigorous ballet training from pre-ballet through pre-professional, summer intensive programs, master classes with internationally renowned guest teachers, and professional stage performance opportunities. Graduates of the Academy have been accepted into prestigious programs, including those of the Paris Opera, the American Ballet Theatre, the Royal Ballet, Princess Grace Academy, and the Bolshoi and Kirov Ballets. Students of Bayer Ballet’s Artistic Director, Inna Bayer, have danced in European and American professional dance troupes such as: Batsheva Dance Company (Israel), Ballet Israely (Israel), Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company (Israel), Scottish Ballet (Scotland), Compania Nacional de Danza (Nacho Duato Artistic Director), State Ballet of Georgia, Alberta Ballet (Canada), Inbal Pinto Dance Company, Austin Ballet, Boston Ballet, Colorado Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance, New York City Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Smuin Ballet, Eifman Ballet Saint Petersburg, Russia, Atlanta Ballet and more.
RECENT HONORS: Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) - SF, Outstanding School & Best Ensemble (2018, 2019, 2020); World Ballet Competition (WBC), Gold Medalist; American Dance Awards (ADA), Choreographer of the Year, Inna Bayer; YAGP - Outstanding Teacher, Inna Bayer; Prix de Lausanne 2020; YoungArts 2020.
We bring world-class performing arts to the community. Bayer Ballet Company, the 501(c)3 public charity organization, is dedicated to staging several annual full-length performances that are of professional quality. Our goal is to make the classical discipline of ballet accessible to new generations, preserve the traditions of Vaganova, and contribute enriching cultural experiences within our community.
