Watch Live: SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launches moon mission for Intuitive Machines and NASA

Watch live coverage as SpaceX launches a Falcon 9 rocket carrying Intuitive Machines' Nova C IM-1 lunar lander carrying NASA experiments to the surface of the Moon. Liftoff from pad 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida is scheduled for 1:05 a.m. EST (0605 UTC) on Thursday, Feb. 15. The Falcon 9 first-stage booster, making its 18th flight will return to land at Cape Canaveral.

This will be the second mission in NASA's Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) initiative.

Our live coverage from the Kennedy Space Center Press Site, with commentary by Will Robinson-Smith, will begin about 2 hours before launch.
