The CMA and FTC aren't for the consumers and this case made it real clear about that. The only "Gamers" the CMA and FTC are protecting are the fanboys. True Gamers that don't simp for one platform knows the benefits that Microsoft could give Activision and the consumer if this deal goes through.

FTC had no choice. It was the last ditch effort to stop Microsoft from completing the deal. Which is all the FTC has cared about doing. It's not like they will just admit they were wrong and don't really have a case 😂
