Finally a normal sized apartment in New York! This is a cute apartment

Nice! I lived in a large studio on Thompson St. above Bleecker. I built in a loft bed and bolted it to the walls to add space to the apartment. Then, I placed my LR furniture underneath: the loveseat under the queen bed and the couch opposite with a coffee table in between. I even had a lovely, tiny balcony. Everything fit, and there was no overcrowding. Open courtyard in back so tons of sun. My 2 cats adored it! When I left NYC it was $732 !

I slept in an loft area growing up and it was very cozy. I mean I shared a room with my older sister, so that loft space was sorta having my own personal space. It was surprisingly roomy and I could stand up in it but I am 5'0 so I can pretty much stand anywhere. The loft was already in house when my parents bought it and originally it was going to be used for like storage but it wasn't.

There’s no door on the bedroom, so it should be considered a studio.

Quirky space but love all the windows. I would use the loft for storage but I see the one corner is being held up by the ceiling so I wouldn't put a lot of weight on it. Love the wooden floors.

I would use the loft to sleep and really have fun with the rest of the apartment.

This is a cool apartment the way they designed it. The kitchen is awkward. The room too small but nicely architectured. I would use it as a game room lounge/movie room and put my bed in the loft. Show us the loft space part 2.

This one I really like! Like the meandering floorplan, makes it look much larger.
