Under file, I don't have the "Publish to the web" option

When it says " publish to web", Does that mean anyone can see what I've created? I would kind of like to keep this private until I show my slides at a party. It's just a family picture slideshow. Please help.

its crappy that you can't do the autoplay on a tablet. i did use this autoplay set to 10 seconds on each slide and then coupled it with Full Kiosk to keep the tablet on and just loading this publish to web URL so thanks for that for sure
