How to remove glass from a double glazed uPVC window

Top tip, each bit of beading mark with a few pencil lines. Helps when putting them back on in the correct order, especially if doing more than one at a time. Re fit the shorter sides first which will make the longer more flexible bits easier to get in the corners nicely as they’ll bend in the middle more 👍

Thank you! Used a (flexible) filling knife to get in the crack, and then pushed a rigid decorating scraper alongside it to push the bead out. Just ordered the replacement pane now I've been able to measure up. Loving these videos

Had no moon knife but one minute with a flat file and a paint scraper made it nice and sharp and an excellent bead popping tool.

Your window, was nice and loose and just fell out but what do you do when they have been stuck with tape like most are? How do you get it out then without smashing it?

That came off really easily - mine is very tight, can barely get the moon knife in.
