all the archons have their faces on their constellations (including wanderer so they dont leave him out) and all the archon's hair glows on their skill and wanderer's clothes glow

I found the hat detail the coolest honestly

Maybe it's like Albedo's star mark? He's basically a homunculus too, and they have marks where the life force went in / where they were finished. Makes sense that an alchemist from Khaenri'ah would leave a star, and Ei would leave the Electro symbol. Front/back of the neck, too.

There’s another insane outfit detail:

In the flashback of Ei and Makoto, it shows them in their own separate outfits, and back then, ei and makoto wore different hair ornaments. Makoto sported a fan, and Ei had a flower hair clip. After Makoto died, Ei took her fan hair ornament and attached it to the back of hers in such a way that from behind, all you can see is makoto’s fan, and from the from all you can see is Ei’s flower clip.

It’s a cool way to show how she took on the role of archon makoto left in the wake of her death, and also how from behind she resembles makoto, the archon of the past, and from the front she is Ei, the archon of the present and future.
