Having shit KD in casual isn’t a solid identifier because a lot of people fuck around in casual. All my friends and I just play like shit in casual games but get serious in comp games.

I agree with the top comment. Gameplay wasn't suspicious. It's hard to tell when flashed, but it looked like he wiggled his aim (Sprayed). But the K/D looks mighty suspicious.

At the lower ranks, they play for the kd until they reach their main rank. Personally, I play for the kd until I reach plat with 3kd And then I won't play alone anymore and I'll work more with the team.

I got a bad kd in casuals because I like to goof off and have fun but I know when I play ranked I can't do that. I do not know if this guy does the same but a kd difference between ranked and casual doesn't really point to a whole lot. My casual kd is like .3~ where my kid for ranked is 3~
