I do get Ads manager, Business settings, Events manager,
in shortcuts like you.

But instead of Audiences, Billing and Add account settings, I get Images and videos, Page posts, Catalog manager instead :(

But I have a question. Amongst the Facebook sources on custom audience, which one is the best or reliable for retargeting? (video, lead form, Facebook page, etc.)Knowing that not all options works good, same as with the Objective Campaigns.

Lookalike Audience Question - CSV FILE (FOR A BJJ GYM)

Look, Ben...I have a customer list of over 1.000 people for a Jiu-Jitsu gym.

They have the names, , emails and phone nr of the people.

Anyhow...problem is...they have the last name, middle name, and middle name and first name all mixed up.

Sometimes it starts with last name, sometime with first...etc.

When I upload the csv file to create a Lookalike audience...FB asks to match the colums....

Now, how should I go about this? I tried to create additional columns, but then I realized the names are all mixed up.

A few general bits of feedback:

1. I love that you are all about the content (and straight into it on each video)
2. I am preferring your 'in office' videos, rather than on your walk (although I do miss seeing Buddy in the background!)
3. And, I love that you hardly ever (if at all) edit your recordings. It feels really natural, conversational, and honest. And no music/backing track, means we can fully focus.
