As a mom, keeping my core in shape is a high priority. This is a perfect quick exercise for me to do when I can't fit in a full work out. I couldn't go to the gym today, because my toddler is sick. We threw on Daniel tiger and I ran through this while she watched her show. 🙌 Thanks Erin!

As a physical therapist I'm always concerned with people finding and strengthening their lower abdominal well. Erin does a fantastic job with this in this video. Her cues are excellent and her adaptations make it versatile enough for anyone to practice, no matter how mushy or rock hard your abs are when you start!

I am a rank beginner but was not in the least intimidated by these routines. Erin gives great cues that are understandable, and she also mentions alternate ways to do the exercises if you aren't quite up to speed! I love the fact that I can do these exercises anywhere, without equipment. Although Erin makes it look so easy, it will take some repetition for me to be able to do this routine without stopping! I definitely felt the burn!
