I would like to demo for you the Geocoder in Excel, the only tool out there that generates the Geocoding coordinates, (longitude and latitude) directly into your Excel spreadsheet

The Excel Geocoder is a tool built in Excel to help you generate longitude and latitude directly in your spreadsheet. Let me show you how it works

My goal in building this tool is to build the absolute easiest-to-use tool out there to generate the Geocoordinates for a large list of addresses.

you use it in this fashion:

You enter or paste the list of addresses in Column A. One might ask: what type of addresses can I enter? Can I enter Zip Codes? Can I enter full addresses? Can I enter City and State?

The answer is all of the above. The tool is extremely flexible as to what type of addresses you can enter, it will find the exact Longitude and Latitude of that address or zip code

Another question is: Does this tool take only US addresses? The answer is, you can enter any address anywhere in the world, and the tool will generate those geocodes

Once you have entered your list of addresses, you click on calculate, and the tool will do the rest. It is as easy as that

As this software is built in Excel, there is nothing to install, all you need is the desktop version of Excel and a Google Maps API key to get you running.
