The three A.I.s. Diamond being the big brother, Isaac the problem child, and Anna being the prodical child.
All three have a role to play.
I'm guessing Natalya wants to control all 3 of them to rule the world. But Keener messed up her plans.
He probably stole Anna and had Theo reprogram her. A system that's diverse and open is easily manipulated.
Isac on the other hand is binary in nature, making it impossible to corrupt. It despises change to the smallest detail. And when it senses change, it stops it and kicks it out without question.
Everything will be revealed once sleeping beauty wakea up from his coma. I hope.

This kinda makes me hope ISAC gets an upgrade of some kind. Or maybe we reclaim ANNA?

She was present in Keener's watch originally, so maybe we could salvage what remains and fix her up?

There's so much potential just from this watch storyline and I'm loving it.

It would be really cool in the Division 3 to eventually unlock ANNA and all our lights turn blue instead and we unlock the enhanced SHD tech Keener had access to.

The Watch and ISAC is some of the coolest stuff to come out of The Division, nice to see some lore about it. Got the CE Watch from the first game, and while its mostly looks, id love the idea of a Smart Watch in the vain of a Division one. Brick and all.

I’d love to own a dummy ISAC watch, i.e. a watch that has the orange ring LED. But having a home brew smart ISAC would be better, if dangerous if used wrongly.

Between Conely being confirmed to have worked with Ortiz, the new fire set coming out, and rumors of a cleaner incursion in the works I think we might get a closer look at Ortiz.

There really wasn't a lot of new information in these comms, was there? Yes, we know that it's possible to put the watches and bricks into one device. Which, given that the Black Tusk doesn't seem to be wearing watches, is obviously what they're doing. Because cost is no object when you're Nat "American Accent" Sokolova.

It is unexpected that the NSA analyst potentially revealed the security flaw to Nat, but that there is nothing else about that is interesting. Either they didn't find a security flaw which meant that Nat moved forward with the Ortiz Robotics AI, or they fixed it. But, given that the Hunters always seem to be a step ahead, does suggest that the flaw wasn't fixed.

I do like that they're bringing back other characters that we only knew so much about. Vivian Conley and Trig for example. Though they're we're not learning all that much more about them. It is a nice throwback though, and that they got the same voice actors to record a few extra lines. Although you wonder at what point these were recorded. Was it just recently? Or did they have the Conley ones from the time that she did all the WONY voice acting?
