I tried making the same roblox tiktok velocity edit but on AE, capcut, and VSP to see and compare which one I would find best to use!

(Note: All editing apps are great if you know how to use them well!)

How to use video star 😭:
1: splitting scenes
There is multiple buttons at the bottom and when you want to split and add more clips like you said you press “edit” then press “split scene”
2: effects + cubes + ghosts + hues
When you want to press “new” at the bottom. Then you want to press “multi layer” then there is a button with a QR code on it and you can take screenshots of QR codes or you can use the ones in “featured”
3: velocity
You kinda were doing it right but you have to bring the big green stick down and not leave it there. Because the lower it goes the slower your video moves. Then you want to do the beat up and down on the spikes / the beats.

8:05 yes it makes sense to me but I use CapCut mobile and for me it’s a lot easier bc everything is so clear

me as a vsp editor crying when zoe struggling with video star 😭 basically to make an effect move you have to click on the layer and then press edit keyframes lol

For video star i reccomend clicking the top 3 dots not the bottom ones and it gives a eiser layout for beginers (my cousin tought me that i use capcut)
