STREET RIDING IN SAN FRANCISCO - URBAN MTB FREERIDE

Street riding in San Francisco is the best, we found insane urban MTB freeride spots with huge stairs, jumps and place to send tricks on our mountain bikes, California is awesome!

Me and Lukas Knopf a German MTB youtuber are out in USA for the sea otter classic which is an MTB trade show in California. We flew into San Francisco and had a day spare so we decide to ride the streets and see what cool urban MTB freeride lines we could find. The is city has loads of fun spots to ride and the Californian weather was perfect. We were able to do tricks and take in the sights including the golden gate bridge the famous wharf and down town San Francisco! I was riding my Haibike Slopestyle dirt jump bike as was Lukas. Half way through the session we were joined by another German Youtuber and we found some more really fun spots with him! This is the start of a two week trip here in USA and I'm excited to show you guys what I get up to so stayed tuned!

I hope you enjoy the video!

So blindingly good watching you and Lukas basically fully sending it on the real life San Francisco level of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, with game accurate seal and gull too...😄 #lifesshortstuntit #tothesky #needtoskitchfortrickpoints #thps4 🤙🤟

City planner boss, "Did you lay those strips to keep those skateboarders from grinding?"
City Planner: "yep sure did."

Awh man, you are so badass! You're definitely among the people who inspired me to give mountainbiking a try. You pros would probably piss yourselves watching me, trying to hold on for dear life, going down a hill. But I'm actually really proud that I, today, managed to get down a super sketchy slope, that was filled with roots and loose pebbles, without falling. I'll be good at it - some day! :)
