I have changed my perspective on my roommates drastically and have that balance of "it's not my job, not my problem " and also have compassion and understanding for how hard it must be for them to live this way. Yes, it’s a sister I saved past - life. She literally bought a house for me this lifetime. It would be beautiful, but she uses it to gaslight me and make me feel like shit ( intermittently of course.) I now see her clearly. Keeping the house, ditching the sister.
