Logitech MX Master Mouse 3 - sudden no power / no response

The item is fairly new, 07/16/2021, after shutting down my laptop and turning off both the mouse and keyboard, my mx master 3 mouse no longer responds, no sign of power nor any indicator if it's reading the charger plugged in...

I stumbled upon a "FIX"
I had the same issue, but prior I started having problems with the pairing and some random disconections, and then sudden death.

- The fist time "FIX" I open it to disconnect the battery to try use the mouse with power only delivered via the cable, when I was disconecting the battery, the mouse revived, like there was some contact problems, happy I closed it and it worked again for about a couple days, sudden death again, tried the same, nothing this time.

- Second time "FIX" I totally disassembled the mouse and notice some of the tiny chips with a little corrotion, I tought maybe something was shorting, I thoroughly clean all the boards with IPS and a hard toothbrush, let it dry and tried again, disconnectiong and connecting the battery woke the mouse for a couple seconds and then nothing, couple times, same result, charging cable with battery connected or disconected was the same result, after a couple days in the drawer I tried again just turning on the swith and nothing, but if I connected the cable first and then turned it on, it "jumpstarted" and paired again via bluetooth, worked for some hours and dead again, with the cable same thing, alive for minutes dead again, so some problems with the board I tought. nothing to do but to say your goodbyes.

- Finally as the mouse was working for some minutes at the time, I tried the last resourse I could think of, I deleted it from the bluetooth profile of my computer (Mac), fired up Logitech Options software and paired it via the included Dongle... it worked, the mouse is going perfect for now, no random shutdowns or problems waking up after a while, so maybe there are some problems triggered by the bluetooth. Lets see how much it lasts this time, I´ll let you know if/when it dies again, but I think I´m gonna start saving for a new one as this experience has showed me that I absolutely love this thing. no substitutes. Damn you Logitech.

Had the same issue. It was still under the 2 years warranty so Logitech ended up sending a new one after asking me to perform various checks to confirm it's really dead.

same issue with me too, it stopped working today. It was after charging it tho, do you think maybe it has something to do with the battery?

If you are one of the few lucky ones and finally get their "warranty" - heck, they should be paying for being persistent for 7 weeks - and RMA the mouse in its original packaging. The new one should be here this week. I refuse to open it and void my warranty, but if it was more than a year old, I would most likely ending up throwing it in the trash. Sure they are "nice" mice, bit I can spend 1/3 of that money and get an imitation for rapoo (piece of poo as well, but the main functions seem to work). I need an ergonomic mouse, nobody sell them. Maybe go back to microsoft, i dunno.

i got the same issue, my mouse was working yesterday and today it just don't work anymore, it was at 80% battery yesterday and was closed when i stopped using it. If someone find a way to help me, please tell ;-;
