In case of any person is arrested, he should be given permission to contact his family members and contact the counsel .specific law is required in respect of arrest for better protection of human rights

People have to know the honorable supreme court guidelines and directions and precedents in various cases. People can understand and read if these directions and guidelines and precedents are in regional languages. Hence it is requested to voluntary organisers and book publishers to publish small books in regional languages to create more legal awareness in the people.

I think giving the legislature to Union Territory of Delhi in the 69 amendment Act 1991 is a huge mistake. If the Centre is not controlled by the Central Govt. Itself then what's the point of having a Centre without a Territory to functionalised the country as a whole.
