Just add a bed room and it would be perfect! I don't want to see, hear or smell my kitchen at night. I know, beggars can't be choosers. But I just think when it comes to a home, especially something like this that would be my forever home, parts of it should be compartmentalized and that includes a bedroom. Just enough to store a twin size bed, small table and a closet.

It's nice but the island takes up too much room. Should have put sink next to fridge and created a cubby for the washer/dryer elsewhere.

How many sq ft? What is the price? Can you add 100 sq or little less and add a bedroom? Is there NO loft space because it's 5 steps up to enter? Anymore models to see.

I’m sorry I can’t imagine buying a small house like this for $100.000 . I bought a house it’s about 1, 200 square feet comes with a two car garage and above the garage is a two bedroom apartment. I paid $ 37.000 for it. It had all new siding on the house and the garage too. Then again I live in a small town not much here but I’m retired so I don’t mind . There’s restaurants and some shopping like Walmart Maurice’s & other stores too but no large mall. It was built in 1920 it’ was remodeled before I bought it . I did add hard wood floors and a extra bathroom and walk in closet. It’s really nice yellow cottage and I hired a guy to put up a nice white fence from Lowe’s last year. You can find deals but not I a large growing area. We have no protests or gangs here either. I can see if you have to live in a large area this would be nice because houses are so expensive nowadays.
