I'm sick of paying for the NHS. Trust me, I work in it. All the money goes to translators who charge about £150 an hour. One phone call from someone who doesn't speak English costs a fortune and can take 10 times as long to deal with. That's where your money is going.

So as the NHS is paying 75k to hire "diversity managers" you are suggesting we pay more into it?
It seems that like the BBC it has enough cash but not enough sense to know how to spend it

The NHS is complicit with the great reset simply put.

Why have GPs virtually stopped seeing patients? Some of them aren`t doing their jobs, which has the effect of pushing patients with minor problems into A&E. Throwing more money at them won`t be an incentive.

I watched a lot of John Campbell's channel back in Jan/Feb 2020 when it was all kicking off. He was a useful source of information when there was nothing else. But it became clear he could only see the situation from one perspective and this inflexibility made him rather ranty. I'm sure he's well meaning, but very much an NHS "company man".

5 million cancelled surgeries during the pandemic, where's all the unspent money? In the pandemic they said stay at home if you feel symptoms or test positive with a PCR-RT, which means they've had basically no patients, it became the No Health Service, they even shut the emergency Nightingale facilities through a lack of patients, so as we can see all those surgeries could've been done, the sooner we automate surgery with robotics the better.

Sack all diversity roles, hire all positions and stop paying agency premiums.

There’s not a problem with funding at all. The problem is wastage and insanely poor management. The tiktok dancing was the last straw for me. How on earth did management think this was a responsible decision?

10 billion more bonus hand outs for management. How about doctors doing their job . Went to gp twice in 2 weeks at their request. Was treated like I had the black plague. Attitude from reception to the gp . Absolutely disgusting. Compliant procedures is a joke

An external audit needs to be carried out. See where the money is being spent, then trim the fat!

SInce the referendum spending has increased by 1, 538 million pounds a week. The bus only promised 350.
Why has the NHS pissed it all away?

Health secretary announces over £13 billion of debt will be written off as part of a major financial reset for NHS providers.
What happened?

I did work one some very large IT project for the NHS that failed and they always failed because no one consulted the staff who would actually use the damn kit and software, all the decisions were taken by senior managers who would never use the systems that were going to be introduced, the same goes with building new hospitals. The NHS needs a total rework from the ground up and that would take far too long for any of our wonderful politicians to do so it will never happen, after all the politicians can all go private so they only use the NHS as a political football around election time, they would never use it if their life depended on it.

This doctor has been one of my sources in UK since the pandemic started. Uses low tech sharpie diagrams and good teaching techniques that gets the information across better than the most sophisticated techniques. 🇦🇺
