another little but very cool change:
go to additional mouse settings, (its in settings) and go to pointers. enable the pointer shadow. now your mouse pointer looks less flat!

If you have a laptop, make sure to turn off battery saver to make sure that the start menu and taskbar are translucent otherwise it won't work.
