You've likely heard me mention a few times to plan for 80% so as to not let "perfectionism" stall progression.
Nothing beats progress and taking action, there is no substitute for it.

The other half of the formula is execution. How do you know if the plan's working or not? How do you know what changes to make through out the process.

This simple feedback loop will help you crush it every single day. It's an acronym called the OODA loop.
1 - Observe
2 - Orient
3 - Decide
4 - Act

It's a rinse and repeat cycle that doesn't end until you finish the mission you've set out to accomplish, always coming back to that 80/20 rule.
