Hi,
I have a P2040dw printer, almost new. the paper jams half way as it is coming out. There are no obstructions in the paper pathway.. It does not wrinkle the paper, it is just getting stuck. Any idea?

I was doing all this step but still hv the same problem no paper inside but still hv the same issue
