Honeydew melons are delicious and apparently very underappreciated, I used to buy Fairway Market's (a New York based supermarket chain) organic honeydew juice and I used to make organic honeydew sorbet. I think the issue is low quality honeydew melons are forced into fruit salads taking up more space from oranges, strawberries and kiwis.
