thank you for your videos. plz could you explain the difference between learnning algoritghm and neural network? when it's better to use neural network and when it's better to use some algorihm (linear regression etc). thank you!

i dont understand. there could be two values in the same cells of G, and therefore of F, if you have straight and diagonally
