[UPDATE]
On Visual Studio 2022 version 17.1 or later, you DON'T need to install Windows App SDK Visual Studio extension (VSIX). Instead, you need to select:

"Windows App SDK C# Templates" on .NET Desktop Development for C#
"Windows App SDK C++ Templates" on Desktop development with C++

In this video, I will show you how to install Visual Studio 2022 and create a simple WinUI 3 app step by step.

Great stuff, Andrew. Been watching all your videos off late. A thing to add: On 17.1, there's a little issue with the extensions. You cannot install the Stable/Preview (Windows App SDK) version from MSDN. Nor does it come pre-installed, though it says so on their documentation page. The version that you can install is the Experimental one, which has not been updated after 0.86 preview version. It is possible to make WinUI apps with that extension, however most the interaction features are from the Project ReUnion days.
Just wanted to pass on this info to everyone who'll install 17.1 and go, "Hmm, why does it look like UWP from the early Win 10 days?"
Your videos are awesome, Andrew. Keep them coming. Good luck in your coding journey :)

Edit: You have to manually select SDK during installation. Mind you, this is not the Windows App SDK. It's the C# Windows Template SDK. It's a bit hidden, or rather, it's under .Net Desktop Development kit. They should've made it more user-friendly, but hey, baby steps...

I am happy that you have created this content. Thank you for doing so. However, your video is rather blurry, making it difficult to see what choices you are selecting and impossible to read what websites you're visiting. Please provide links to websites used. I am unable to find the "Install Windows App SDK extension for Visual Studio" address.
