Accurate vlog! I've been to Skye last week, prices are on the same level as Edinburgh and for most of the main attractions on the island you have to pay ~$10 for parking your car. But it was worth and I recommend visiting Skye for everybody!

Edinburgh castle is definitely worth the entry price. I spent most of the day exploring it. I’ll definitely return again. Edinburgh is one of my favourite places to visit.

My flight in mid October from Dallas, Texas to Edinburgh was about $1000, so anyone traveling inland from the US should expect to pay a little more! Great video, thanks for the ideas!

City is always expensive. Greg's good for pastys, pies and such. Find supermarkets like Lidle, ALDY or any of them for pre packed sandwiches. Spars are really nice sandwiches, But a bit dearer.

Travel hack to anyone coming from the east coast in the US. Fly into Dublin and then book a separate flight to Edinburgh. Will knock 300 maybe more off your ticket price

Here in Scotland, when something is expensive, we would say it’ll cost you an arm and a leg. Which will leave you stumped…😂🤷🏻‍♂️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Been travelling to Scotland since 2017, in 2023 hotels, airbnbs went overpriced AF, honestly something is very messed up when Austria/Switzerland/Norway is cheaper to go on holiday than Scotland, especially island people went greedy af
