Homemade Film Festival wants your short films! | KQED

Join KQED in celebrating the power of creativity with the 2nd Annual Homemade Film Festival! We’re calling on filmmakers of all skill levels to showcase their talents and become the next iPhone Fellini.

5 films will be selected to stream in a week-long festival on KQED's YouTube channel and website and will be eligible to win cash prizes. Prizes include:

One Grand Prize Winner will receive a $1000 cash prize
One Audience Award Winner will receive a $500 cash prize
One Youth Award Winner will receive a $250 cash prize

All films must be:

🏡 ➡Made at home
⏰ ➡Under 10 minutes long and
🌴 ➡Created by a California filmmaker.

Deadline for submissions April 30, 2021 at 11:59pm.

The 2nd Annual Homemade Film Festival streams on KQED June 7th - 11th, 2021.
