thanks for this, I had flank steak or skirt steak at a restaurant and it was phenomenal. I always wanted to learn how to cook it myself and the marinade and final product look great 🍻

What a great outdoor space! Beautiful. I’m in the Rockies in Wyoming and there’s nothing like being on the deck. Deer everywhere, with the mountains and trees. I’m grilling flank steak tomorrow in my Weber. I’ll give this a shot although I was going to do fajitas so may add some hot peppers to the marinade.

I've been trying to figure out for the longest time why some of my meats turn out weird when I add acidic elements to them, versus others that don't seem to really work at all. Thank you so much for your advice on this!

S, your flank steak looked amazing. It's winter here, ( 3deg C....37F) but we still love to BBQ..meat, fish and veg...'cos it tastes so much better xx

Awesome vid, looks yummy. Going to try it. Just wondering have you thought of using beef skirt or veal skirt. That is usually what I get from my father in-law. The marinade looks good, will try it with veal skirts. Thanks for all you do, stay safe, healthy, and Hi from Ontario, Canada.

Every time I cook asparagus direct on the grill, with olive oil, it gets a bitter taste. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, I’ve found it better to grill it dry, then dress with oil, vinegar, etc afterward.

idk if its just me but the volume on your videos is pretty inconsistent there are parts where it sounds like you are wispering and then i raise the volume and then its way too loud... idk maybe its just me tho
