Κοκ κέικ σιορτ από την Ελίζα #MEchatzimike #elizacy

Τα υλικά για τη κρέμα του κωκ είναι 1) 1 λίτρο γάλα, το πλήρες, 2) 100g ζάχαρη, 3) 60g corn flour 4) 60g αλεύρι ζαχαροπλαστικής ή φαρίνα, 5) 3 κρόκους αυγών, 6) 1 φακελάκι βανίλιας 5g, 7) 2-3 σταγόνες εκχύλισμα πορτοκαλιού.
Τα υλικά για τη Γκανάς σοκολάτας (Ganache) για επικάλυψη είναι 1) 125g φρέσκα κρέμα γάλακτος, 2) 125g κουβερτούρα, 3) 15g βούτυρο γάλακτος.
