Chrissa here to stress the importance of gathering as much evidence as you can when requesting an Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment for your child.
This can include assessments from speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, or educational psychologists, as well as school reports. Even if your child has not had a formal assessment, the school reports may contain valuable information that can be used as evidence.
We have lots of information available on this on our Sunshine Academy. Plus an in person workshop in April.
