Hi, Marcos, I have a few questions .

In what state in Mexico was oil first found? after that where did it extended to? After mexico oil independence, was PEMEX founded? Is it true that mexico sold and had a relationship with Germany and sold petroleum to them before WW2? Also did independent landlords found petroleum in their land ? would they sell it or the government would take it from them ? what was the rules to that?
