When I first started watching your channel, I told my husband how I loved that something seemed to go wrong in almost every video and that you left those mishaps in the videos. Love how you stay professional but don't edit to make it look like everything is perfect every time. You make it so relatable and educational. ❤️

Your "mishaps" are those teaching moments about our kitchen tools that take frustration out when something like that happens and make it a simple "aha, I forgot to..." situation. Love watching your recipes in action!

Thank you so much, for always sharing with us the, “variables, ” and letting us see the things that can happen, instead of deleting them out. You’re the best! ♥️

I love that you leave in the mishaps, explain what’s happening, possible reasons and what to do to rectify it. I had that happen to me on one occasion but didn’t know why or what to do so I just let it go and cleaned up afterwards, now, I know to seal it again and let it naturally release a bit longer. Thank you Louise, your a great teacher. ❤❤ omg, I commented before finishing the video but you found the reason it happened and explained it too ❤❤

I always learn so much from your videos. You give the back story to things including the mishaps. I'm so glad I saw this. I have never used a pressure cooker so this is important information. Thank you.

I tried the soup and it turned out great! I added 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the recipe. I brought some over to my 92 year old neighbor and she said it was so mildly tasteful and tender she loved it. Thank you for your recipes!
Your tender spirit shows through in your videos. Thank you again!

You're the absolute b at instructor! I love how you explain the WHY to things and how to fix mistakes that might happen. This makes it easy to apply your teachings and techniques to other dishes. And you're so calm with mistakes. Makes me feel better that there are solutions to problems and you don't have to freak out and think you ruined an entire meal😅 Needless to say, I'm happy you exist! Happy New Year!!
