Hi! New subscriber here. I’m also a teacher and I don’t get paid until the end of Jan. I decreased my budget categories for Jan as well, it’s the smart thing to do lol 😂

No I have not started a January budget yet . I’m waiting for all bills to go through the checkbook by January 2 to balance out to Zero Then I will start my budget by paycheck with our first paycheck. I did use all cash no charging for Christmas in December 2022 tho
