The Right to Information provision which fulfills citizen requests for government information has now been availed by a wife to seek information on her husband's salary. In matters of marital disputes, when the assets are divided between the two, and especially when the divorce is not mutual, the wife may ask for husband's salary details and demand compensation. #uttarpradesh
