Octopath Traveler 2 - All Locations of the six Rusty Weapons

The Armsmaster Class is unique in that you gain its active and support skills not by investing your Job Points, but by taking the rusty weapons to the Blacksmith in Gravell to convert them into Divine Weapons, allowing you to enjoy the full potential of their effects. Here, I'll be showing you how to find all six of the rusty weapons, so you too can share in the Advanced Class' power!

Rusty Staff Location: 2:01
Rusty Sword Location: 3:09
Rusty Axe Location: 4:24
Rusty Polearm Location: 6:07
Rusty Knife Location: 7:16
Rusty Bow Location: 8:57

Got any suggestions or feedback? Feel free to leave a comment below and I'll try to respond as soon as I can!

Best of luck to each of you looking for these! Potentially, you can get these right when you recruit Partitio into your party, but to stay on the safe side lv.40 is a safe level to go for first since that Behemoth packs a punch and can take a hit.
Looking forward to playing around with the Armsmaster class soon!

timestamps for mine and your leisure:

0:28 blacksmith location

2:08 Rusty staff

3:10 Rusty sword

4:28 Rusty axe

6:07 Rusty spear/polearm

7:17 Rusty dagger/knife (You need partitios ship for this one)

9:00 Rusty bow

That’s it those are all the weapons mate

P.S. you get a very good shield after getting them all and having the blacksmith repair them

Failed to mention the guard in front of the polearm is considerably stronger than the worm 🙃

Just got it done (after a mountain of failure) My tip for Behemoth (bow) is to have a warrior always take the aggro for the petrify (and stock up on the depetrify herb on black market, its a must) and also have a Dancer boost all your party to move first than the boss.

Also had the Step skill from the Inventor on all my characters. Just to get a first move advantage on the whole battle.

He's a pain....Goodluck

I would like to say that you could get it by having 8 party members through the various recruiting methods. I’m not sure if you need the pickaxe or not. I got the sword with 8 party members pulling out the sword from the stone.

When you have 4 targets
All of them have bow weaknesses
And their shields are in 4, 3, 2, 1
The bow skill:

Still not a fan of octopath handles sidequests. You either stumbled across the solution by getting an item who knows when or you just try everything until you find that one NPC that's different across the entire game. Not all sidequests in octopath is like this but a good majority of them are. Like how in the world would you know to go to orerush to get a pickaxe from a random NPC? I got a sidequest about missing horses but you get zero hints on where to even look.

The axe skill with armsmaster and the Spear skill are so ridiculously OP. I love it. the Axe specially is deadly even on non-broken enemies an even if they don't have any axe weakness.

You can get the divine necklace which can prevent petrification from nameless village. You have to knock out the beastling that's guarding the hut and then buy/steal the item from the NPC inside. Although, I managed to get more than enough of the herb for the party member it petrified and enough to fill the apothecary license. I am not sure if you can even buy or steal those herbs.

There is that one treasure chest at the bottom of the sinking ruins right before the staircase to the rusty weapon. How do you even get that? I just could not find any way to get it.

My quest to get all divine weapons for my Paladin inquisitor was going well, that monster used medusa shit 3 times, 2 were cured by the only 2 items i got, 3 time tho and he was at red health, to not risk it i just used hire to finish the job (i don't like to use it but if he likes that stone bulls. then..) only the spear was missing and then.... Lv48 to beat that guy up... i need to grind, for the gods why D: so close...

How do you get that one brown chest in the Sunken Ruins? I noticed you never picked it up, it's driving me nuts.. I can't figure out how to reach it.

I just beat Behemoth and I was wondering what to do with the rustic bow! I felt cheated at first. I didn't know it was for this secret job. Thank you!

The staff gives you SP based on the PHYSICAL DAMAGE you inflict, not the spell damage, so not that good ...
