This is a guided meditation and affirmational prayer to Surrender. Surrender is a powerful field which is paradoxical in nature. Often we can try to surrender and feel like we are more in control. Surrendering to the force of Surrender allows Surrender itself to teach and guide us - in how to Surrender. We surrender for many reasons, perhaps to release and let go.
