Rice Pudding made extra creamy and delicious with La Lechera!

INGREDIENTS
4 ½ cups water
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup rice, soaked in hot water for 20 minutes and drained
1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 can (12 ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
½ cup raisins
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
6 mint leaves, cleaned

MAKE IT
1.- Heat the water with the cinnamon stick, and once it starts boiling, add the rice. Cook for 20 minutes over high heat or until the rice is tender.
2.- Pour in the NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk and NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk; mix and continue cooking over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes until it thickens slightly.
3.- Serve warm or cold, garnish with the raisins, ground cinnamon, and mint leaves.
