Jeep CJ7 Laredo 304 V8 Open Headers - 2

On my way to the exhaust shop for a new dual exhaust system with MagnaFlows.

Got the new exhaust installed today. Consists of Hedman Hedders (3/8 in flange with 14 guage tubes), cross-over pipe, and MagnaFlow mufflers. I've found that a new dual exhaust system's sound will become deeper and more mellow with time. It takes a while for it to get broken-in.

- AMC 304 V8 Bored 30 over.
- Hedman Hedders 99208
- Edelbrock 500 Thunder Series Carburetor
- Edelbrock Performer Intake
- Spectre Air Cleaner

@MrRockcrawling @MrRockcrawling - Well, the motor was built by the previous owner. I had a long dialogue with him before I bought the jeep. My mods were the Edelbrock intake and 500 CFM Edelbrock carb, Heddman Headers (good ones), Custom built dual exhaust with MagnaFlows and a cross over pipe. All that ran me about $1500. The guy driving that America's Thrift Store's truck must have about shat himself as quick as that Jeep caught up.

@MrRockcrawling Oh, and I get 13mpg city and 15mpg hwy. (if I keep it to 60 mph, at 70mph I get 14mpg)
