Where is this commercial?

A man turns on a device and says:
"Quartz vibrates with incredible precision!"
The man shows a room full of electronic equipment and says:
"TIMEX has put all this on your wrist!"

I just bought this exact watch but it stopped working. Anybody know where to send it in for repair? It took a licking, but then stopped ticking.
